- 10 BRIDOR country-style croissants
- 450 g GARDEN GOURMET® Sensational Vegan Fillet Pieces™
- 300 g cream cheese
- 75 g roasted crushed hazelnuts
- 100 g lollo rosso lettuce heart
- 40 pickled sushi ginger slices
- 40 g sliced dried apricots
Preparation steps
- Mix the crushed hazelnuts with the cream cheese, adjust the seasoning as necessary.
- Poach the GARDEN GOURMET® Sensational Vegan Fillet Pieces™ for 5 minutes, strain.
- Fry the GARDEN GOURMET® Sensational Vegan Fillet Pieces™ for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Slice open the Bridor country-style croissants and spread them with the hazelnut and cream cheese mixture.
- Arrange the GARDEN GOURMET® Sensational Vegan Fillet Pieces™.
- Add the slices of ginger, dried apricot and lettuce leaves.
- Close the croissant and serve.

You can vary the composition of the recipe by using curry mayonnaise, some slices of Granny Smith apple and chopped coriander.
